Transport Manager CPC
Overview
The Transport Manager CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is a legal requirement to show that all goods and passenger vehicle operators are professionally competent to meet the operator licencing requirements. This is an industry recognised qualification throughout the EU.
The course runs four times per year.
Course Content
On the Transport Manager CPC course, trainees will learn:
- Business and company law
- Business and vehicle taxation
- Financial and environmental management
- Methods of operating, licencing and safe loading
- Fleet inspections and roadside checks
- Drivers hours and the rules and regulations
- Accident procedures
- Insurance abroad and working internationally.
Entry Requirements
This Transport Manager training is intended for aspiring transport managers, transport supervisors and planners and drivers who are looking to advance their career.
Assessment Method
This course is assessed through formal examinations.
