Due to an internal promotion we now have an opening for a Business Development Representative.
MODAL Training provides a wide range of courses to the road haulage, logistics and maritime sectors. We are part of the TEC Partnership, which is a group of dynamic and innovative further and higher education colleges and training providers.
As an integral member of small and busy team the Business Development Representative will promote MODAL’s training solutions to our customers to support their business needs. Day-to-day you will spend your time developing new business, preparing proposals and being the point of contact for our customers.
The Business Development Representative will also identify and secure business clients for a European Regional Development Fund GAIN project which provides business growth consultancy to the road haulage, logistics and renewable sectors.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in sales or business development, they will have excellent communication skills, they will be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role and have great organisational and administrative skills.
