LGV DRIVER TRAINING ACADEMY. GET LICENCE ACQUISITION, ADR , DRIVERS QUALIFICATION CARD AND FIRST AID COURSE FOR FREE

We are now recruiting for our next group of learners for our funded driver training programme, which is supported by the Greater Lincolnshire LEP’s Labour Market Support Fund.

Our programme will train a number of people to become new drivers as well as upgrading people from a C or C1 licence to a CE licence. The aim of the programme is to help people, who live in Lincolnshire, gain employment as professional drivers.

The course includes two-weeks of classroom training on w/c 4th September and w/c 11th September. If you are successful in gaining a fully-funded training place on the Academy you must attend these training days. Your practical driver training will be agreed with you at the end of the two-week course, however, we are expecting all timetables to be complete by December.

We expect the programmme to be heavily over-subscribed. Therefore, there will be an advice and assessment event on Friday 28th July, starting at 10am. If you are successful after this application stage, you will receive a personal invitation to this event. Only those with an invitation will be able to participate in the event.

All training will take place from our centre in Immingham.
