CCNSG Leading a Team Safely
Overview
This course is run at the MODAL Training Centre and delivered on behalf of ECITB.
The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely (LATS) course highlights the basic management skills that will assist those in a supervisory role in managing the safety aspects within the working environment.
Course Content
On the CCNSG Leading a Team Safely course, trainees will learn the following:
- The roles and responsibilities
- The control of risk and accident prevention
- Planning and time management
- Risk assessment and hazard spotting
- Communication
- Monitoring
- Behavioural aspects.
Entry Requirements
To attend this CCNSG accredited (LATS) course, trainees must hold a current two day safety passport with at least three months remaining.
Assessment Method
This (LATS) course is assessed through multiple choice questions.
